Víctor Martínez

Managing Director, Spain

In 2023, Víctor Martínez became Managing Director for ZOO in Iberia, when AM Group joined the global ZOO Digital family.

As Founder and CEO of AM Group, Víctor used his vision to build and strengthen the company’s high-quality localization service offering and establish multiple facilities in Madrid and Valencia.

After founding AM Group in 2004 as a small production firm, he has led and driven its transformation into the global media services company it is today. In the 20 years since, he has not only grown the company but proven himself as a key executive and operational leader in the Spanish media sector.
