Chieko Yamamoto is ZOO’s Territory Manager for Japan, spearheading the company’s expansion in the Japanese market. With over three decades of expertise in media localization at Walt Disney Company Japan, she brings a wealth of knowledge to her role.

In her current position, Chieko plays a vital role in fostering collaborations with local resources, cultivating the growth of localization talent, and expanding the talent pool across all dubbing roles. Her mission is to create a more efficient, flexible and modern talent pool by integrating ZOO’s technology ecosystem and hybrid working capabilities.

During her extensive career at Disney, Chieko played a crucial role in the regional launch of Disney+, overseeing the localization of content and scouting casting options for renowned talent in dubbing roles. Chieko’s leadership and experience positions ZOO for continued growth, marking a significant step in enhancing the company’s presence in the Japanese market.
