With a background in marketing and advertising, Ainhoa has been a part of the AM Group team since 2004, bringing with her over a decade of experience working in companies such as Leo Burnett and Best Digital Group. In 2013, Ainhoa joined the AM Group Executive Team as Head of Production.

Since then, Ainhoa has played a pivotal role in the growth and success of the company. Her extensive knowledge and understanding of every process within the group have been instrumental in driving efficiency and quality across all operations.
