The Group’s Annual General Meeting will be held on 25th September 2025 at 5pm BST at Canaccord Genuity, 88 Wood St, Barbican, London, EC2V 7QR

Following the formal business of the AGM, the management team plans to give a review of the business and the environment in which it operates.

Subject to limitations of space, the physical meeting is open to shareholders and non-holders alike. The meeting will also be live-streamed for the benefit of those who are unable to attend in person.
